Egg Freezing: The Results!

My embryologist called to personally tell us that of the 20 retrieved eggs, ALL 20 were mature and able to be frozen in time! We are so incredibly happy and feel very blessed for the ability to preserve my eggs at the age of 35.5 for use when I am a few years older and when we are ready to start our family.

I am am very happy I decided to freeze my eggs. I feel like a weight of guilt, fear of resentment and fear of time has been lifted so we can focus on our path to entrepreneurialism and carry on our journey.

This process did bring me more into being excited about a possible future family. It’s not an insurance policy but it is one extra step I can always say I took on this road to motherhood. Whether it is meant to be, only time will tell but my eggs are safely frozen, waiting for me to make the next move.
